Description
This is a workshop based on the beautiful designs by Andrea Garvey. It will include an introduction to colour schemes & colour mixing, paint application techniques & creating striking designs based on simple shapes & repetition. We will also discuss how to apply design principles to help create an interesting composition, maintain unity, & develop an aesthetic abstract artwork . After a little practise & experimenting, kids will create a painting that can then be embellished with Posca markers (paint markers).
