2. CUTE ANIMAL PAINTING, 5-8yrs, Monday 1.30pm-4.30pm, 7th July, 2025

Cute Animal Painting is a great introduction to painting with acrylic paint on canvas based on the fabulous illustrations of Anna SuBbauer.

Kids will learn how to load their brushes, apply paint, mix colours & use printing to add to the texture.

The basics of colour theory will be included so they can make the colours they need.

We will use large references  to help with our painting & kids will need to draw their animal to a large size (bigger things are easier to paint when you are learning).

The importance of  observation & proportion will be covered & the process of painting will be explained.

The results will be bright,  colourful & just adorable.
