What You’ll Love about Kidz Artworx
- Our kids art classes are limited to 10 kids-great for social interaction.
- We assist kids individually, once the workshop is under way.
- Our workshops are designed by a highly qualified Visual Arts Teacher (Diploma of Education), with over 25 years of classroom experience.
- Kids can try lots of different ways to make art: ceramics (clay work), printing, drawing, painting, sculpture, collage, design, and installations.
- We love teaching skills. Skills build confidence, help motivate us, improve flexibility & our overall well being. Great for your kids.
- At Kidz Artworx we use contemporary artists, designers & illustrators to explore relevant themes & art processes.
- We integrate the language of art, elements and principles of art to enhance kid’s art knowledge.
- We will provide a foundation for drawing & artmaking. Encourage experimentation & curiosity, & develop their love for creating & all the amazing benefits that making things with your own hands bring
- Each artwork will be unique & a reflection of them.
School Holiday Kid's Art Workshop Information
- 2 sessions, morning & afternoon 9.30am-12.30pm, 1.30pm-4.30pm
- Lunch is supervised & we have an outdoor area for breaks.
- Pack snacks, a water bottle, a hat for outside play & lunch, if kids are here for the whole day.
- 2 kids in different age groups & you want them to do a class together. We can accommodate that. Choose the 5-8yrs workshops.
- Dress for mess & if you are doing a clay workshop bring a box to take it home.
- All art materials provided.
- Please note that the conditions for the CREATIVE KIDS VOUCHER can be found on the Service NSW website. The voucher CANNOT be transferred to any other child & must be used in one transaction. Click here to see more.
- Please note, if you are unable to attend a workshop due to illness please contact us as soon as possible. We always have people on waiting lists & we can then offer your spot to someone else. We will do our best to reschedule your workshop if we can. Refunds or make ups are not available for change of mind.
