Please read carefully before enrolling and making payment.

‘Class’ in the Terms and Conditions outlined here refers to any term course or workshop, delivered in-studio or online.

Kidz Artworx reserves the right to update the Terms and Conditions at any time. The Terms and Conditions, are effective from time of publishing.

COVID-19 Policy

Student cancellations due to Covid-19

Any absences caused by Covid-19 illness will be assessed on a case-by-case basis for Kid’s classes.

A make-up may be offered depending on when the absence occurs within the course & the availability of alternate classes running within that term. A School Holiday Workshop may be offered if illness extends more than one class.

For Adult classes, an extra class will be offered wherever possible to replace the missed class.

If you choose to withdraw from a class, due to covid concerns, you will receive a credit. You must notify in advance of your class via email to kidzartworx@outlook.com

There will not be any refunds for change of mind.

Should a class scheduled at Kidz Artworx have to be cancelled due to NSW Government health directive or illness, we will be in contact and an alternative class, credit or refund arranged.

Creative Kids Vouchers

Creative Kids Vouchers can be applied at the checkout on our website, using the coupon code CREATIVEKIDS100 or for two kids CREATIVE KIDS100x2 in one order.

Additional details for the second child, (number 9999.. & date of birth) can be included in the Additional Notes section. The number & child’s date of birth must be provided. This amount will then be deducted from the total.

Any remaining amount can be paid via credit card or EFT.

As per the government conditions, vouchers are not transferable to other kids, & they must be used in one transaction & change cannot be given.

There are no refunds once a Creative Kids voucher has been redeemed nor can Creative Kids Vouchers be retrospectively applied if you have already paid. The Creative Kids Vouchers will be processed at the time the order is placed to complete payment.

Cancellation, Refund and Transfer Policy

Kidz Artworx reserves the right to amend any class, tutor, or schedule. If this should occur, we will endeavour to provide a substitute of equal standing. Should a class have to be cancelled for any reason, such as insufficient enrolments, any student enrolled in that class will be contacted and an alternative class, credit or refund arranged.

Student Substitutions for Workshops (Single classes)

If you have enrolled in a workshop that you cannot attend, you may transfer your enrolment to someone else. Please let us know prior to the workshop.

Student Substitutions for Term Courses

Term classes are to be attended by the person enrolled. Another student cannot attend in lieu of the enrolled student for any portion of that term.

Kids School Holiday Workshops


We do not provide refunds for cancellations for missed School Holiday Workshops. However, we do offer the opportunity to receive a credit or to transfer your booking.

Payment of fees

Class fees are listed with the course details on our website.

Payment of the full class fee via online credit card or direct deposit payment is required at the time of enrolment to secure your place.

We accept Visa and Mastercard,  & direct deposit to our bank account. Deposit must be received within 3 days of the placed order. Failure to do so will deem you booking void & it will be made available to other customers.

If you do not wish to enrol via the web, you can enrol in person at the studio. Fees are inclusive of GST and tax invoice will be provided on receipt of payment.


Fees are non-refundable, unless negotiated for an extended illness, and there are no transfers, refunds or make up sessions if you miss a class or if your personal circumstances change.

Art Materials

Kids and Teen classes: Art materials are supplied and included in the fee for all children’s art classes and holiday workshops.

Adult Classes:  Art materials are provided unless stated otherwise.          


We do take photos during class of students and/or their artworks.

These images are used for Kidz Artworx Art School promotional purposes such as press advertising, brochures, social media, editorials and website.

These photos will never be sold and will be used exclusively by and for Kidz Artworx. A reminder is included in your confirmation for your booking. If you do not wish to have photos/images of you, your child or your artwork taken or used please notify us in writing.

Student conduct

Kidz Artworx is a safe & welcoming studio space, and we expect students to respect teachers, fellow students, artwork and property.

Discrimination on the grounds of a person’s age, race sex, gender, sexuality, marital status, physical or intellectual disability, or religion will not be tolerated.

Students deemed to be exhibiting inappropriate or disruptive behaviour may be removed, suspended, or expelled from the class.

Cleaning of equipment & work space is a shared responsibility.


Students are requested to be punctual for class. Arrival 5-10 minutes before class is acceptable

Children should be escorted to and from the studio by a parent or guardian & picked up at the end of class. Pick up is expected to be within 10minutes of completion of the class.

Occupational Health & Safety

If you have an existing medical condition, allergy or disability that may affect your participation in a class, you should notify Kidz Artworx at the time of enrolment.


Contact information you supply to Kidz Artworx will not be shared outside the school without your express consent, except where required by law.

We do not retain any credit card information that you may provide.

Kidz Artworx does send emails for the purpose of marketing. If you don’t want to receive any further emails, you can simply unsubscribe at the bottom on the latest email.
