Conditions of Enrolment

Please read carefully before completing your enrolment form

Enrolment

  • Please phone or check website for details of classes & availability
  • The Enrolment Form must be thoroughly completed to enable processing of your booking
  • If a class is unavailable we will notify you as soon as is practical by phone, text or email

Fees

  • Kidz School Holiday Classes fees are $60 per 3 hour session
  • After School Term Classes are $330 per 8 week term
  • Payment of fees is required in full prior to the commencement of the class
  • Methods of payment accepted include cash, cheque, credit card (Mastercard & Visa), direct deposit
  • Fees include GST & a tax receipt will be issued once your payment is received

Absences

  • Classes missed due to absences cannot be made up. Every effort will be made to catch the student up with the missed work if possible.
  • Please let us know if you are going to be absent

Art Materials

  • All materials will be provided. Occasionally, students may be asked to bring items specific for a set task

Photography

  • Photos will be taken of students’ artworks & posted on Pinterest, some may be posted on the Kidz Artworx Gallery website, or used for promotional purposes
  • Photos of students may be taken for promotional purposes. If you do not want your child to be photographed please be sure to notify us in the Enrolment Form

Student Responsibilities

  • Students are expected to behave appropriately whilst enrolled in a class so that the enjoyment of other class members is not unreasonably disrupted
  • Students will be expected to be respectful towards other students, the tutor, the equipment & materials
  • Students will be responsible for cleaning the art room at the end of each class
  • Students will be expected to arrive prior to the class start time. The beginning of the class is the most important part & late arrivals interrupt the flow & momentum of the class
  • Failure to pick up students on time will generate a late fee

Privacy

  • Any information provided by you will be kept secure, not shared with another party, unless Kidz Artworx is required to do so by law
