Draw & Paint For Fun is a class designed for kids in Kindy -Yr 3 (5-9yrs).

An introduction to drawing & painting processes.

Kids will learn strategies to identify shapes by simplifying, looking at the background and using a frame.

Drawing essentials like symmetry, measurement, sightlines, observation and proportion will be covered.

Painting skills including identifying colours, colour theory, mixing colours & the painting process will be taught.

Skills based projects to learn about the art process.

Kids will also learn about artists, designers and illustrators to complement the set art activities.

New selection of activities each term so kids to expand their skills, experience and improve their confidence and creativity.
