Sydney Harbour Pastels is a drawing  workshop using  the best city in the world for the subject!

This workshop is based on the bright & bold Sydney Harbour paintings by Ken Done & it will be a great introduction to drawing with oil pastels.

Kids will learn how to make different types of marks, mix colours by layering, as well as the basics of colour theory so they can make the colours they need.

We will start with a A4 sized drawing  & kids will enlarge  their image to an A3 size.

The importance of  observation & proportion & the process of drawing  will be emphasised. Ink will be used to fill areas as needed.
