9. CORAL REEF SCULPTURE, 5-12yrs, Friday 9.30am-12.30pm, 2nd October, 2026

Coral Reef Sculpture is a workshop to celebrate our beautiful coral reef on our Australian shores.

Kids will learn the basics of plasticine modelling, how to soften, pinch, roll & flatten the medium to make the reef sculpture.

It’s a handy way to learn the theory of colour mixing, because plasticine colours mix just like paint.

Construction of a variety of corals, fish, seaweed will be demonstrated as well as the process of designing & creating a sculpture,

& importantly, adding details last.
