Adults Love Kidz Artworx
We believe that it’s never too late to develop artistic skills. Our art teacher has crafted a series of multi-media art courses including painting classes for adults. These weekly adult courses are 2.5 hours long, start at 6pm and meet for four weeks. Coffee and tea are provided in a fun and supportive environment where you can take a load off, get messy and explore techniques in varying media. In addition to painting classes, try your hand at printmaking, clay work and drawing for adults. There’s ample street parking and plenty of delicious restaurants nearby for jovial times after class. It’s never too late to join our painting classes for adults!
Guided Development from a Kid-Friendly Art Teacher
Our school provides a fun, supportive and dynamic space for aspiring artists to discover and develop their styles. Students are encouraged to develop drawing, painting, printing, ceramics, sculpture, photography and design skills through media-specific and media-explorative classes. Our studio is spacious, clean and continuously-supervised, and we provide all art materials and protective aprons.
Our art tutorials for kids are held in 1.5-hour weekly sessions that extend for eight-week terms. Afterschool classes begin at 4pm, while Saturday sessions are offered over five timeslots. We’ve just added daytime classes on Mondays to accommodate home-school students. Courses are offered at affordable and inclusive prices. Talk to our registrar about discounts and running promotions.
Class sizes are limited to 10 students so that the art teacher has ample instruction time with each student. Our Art Lab classes are reserved for artists 10 years and older; we believe age-appropriate divisions in classes help students build social skills within their peer groups. Our fun, hands-on program incorporates relevant art theory & history as well as encouraging the confident use of artistic language.
We offer special extended art tutorials for kids during school holidays and breaks. Enrol early to reserve your child’s spot in our Monday-Friday three-hour workshops. Workshops are themed and classes limited to 10 students. These special sessions fill up fast, so book early to avoid disappointment. Holiday sessions are run as a morning and afternoon block with a supervised lunch period in the middle. Big Kidz meet for all-day sessions, 10am-4pm.
