Art Smartz Portraits is a class that caters for upper primary students & junior high school age groups.
Just portraits will help with the proportion of the human head, drawing features, tackling different angles & viewpoints.
Observation skills are the basis for this, with the addition of such as sight lines, negative space, proportion, & practise.
Kids will draw, sculpt, paint, print to explore these ideas & use contemporary & traditional examples to inspire our artwork.
Each term will provide a different activities to enable kids to expand their skills, enhance their experience & improve their confidence & creativity.
